Redstone Development CEO
Shelton has over 30 years of Design and Program / Project Management experience. He also provides Owner’s Representative experience to the public and private sectors. His career has allowed him to work for and with Public and Private entities, managing both horizontal and vertical commercial, industrial, and residential projects with project budgets toping over 100- million-dollar. He is a veteran, serving in the Gulf War as an Engineering Officer managing the construction of military infrastructures. Shelton is the CEO of Redstone Development, LLC operating as the CEO/COO for the Project Management Office (PMO).
The PMO has overseen construction projects in Tennessee and throughout the southeastern United States. As a General Contractor, he has provided Construction Management services throughout the US and abroad. His experience includes Program and Project Management, Project Scheduling, Cost Estimating/Reporting, CADD Design and multiple construction disciplines in both the Federal and Private Sectors.
